What does a Care Steward do?
A Care Steward provides non-clinical assistance: accompanying you, navigating hospital counters, coordinating paperwork and recording the information shared by your healthcare team. They do not provide medical advice, interpret reports or provide nursing care.
Can I arrange this for a family member?
Yes. You can arrange assistance for a loved one, including while you are in another city or overseas. We share updates only with the contacts you approve.
What is included in the price?
Doctor visits and tests or treatment visits cost ₹599 for a visit of up to six hours. Hospitalisation support costs ₹1,999 per 12-hour shift. These are assistance charges; hospital, treatment and transport charges are separate. Our team will confirm the arrangements before you book.
How far in advance should I contact you?
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible. Assistance is subject to Care Steward availability. For a nearer visit, call us to check what can be arranged. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Who oversees the assistance?
Care Stewards are trained and background-verified. Visits and hospitalisation cases are overseen by a supervisor.
Which areas do you serve?
