How we help
We accompany you for X-rays, CT or MRI scans, and treatment visits including dialysis, chemotherapy, radiation and physiotherapy.
Your Care Steward helps with registration and forms, coordinates payments and keeps track of your turn.
Instructions given during the visit are documented. Treatment, preparation advice and clinical decisions remain with your healthcare team.
Care Stewards are background-verified and every case is overseen by a supervisor. We provide non-clinical support, without medical advice, report interpretation or nursing care.
Support for repeated dialysis appointments
When a relative cannot accompany a patient to a scheduled dialysis visit, a Care Steward can help with the practical steps at the centre. We coordinate the visit and keep approved family contacts informed while the clinical team provides dialysis.
Registration, waiting and instructions
We help with registration and forms, coordinate payment counters and keep track of the patient’s turn. Instructions given by centre staff are documented for the family. Access to the dialysis area depends on the centre’s rules.
Plan the visit with us
Share the dialysis centre, date, appointment time, meeting point and family contact authorised to receive updates. Pass on any instructions already supplied by the clinical team. If support is needed for several visits, share the full schedule so availability can be checked.
Assistance charges
The assistance fee is ₹599 per visit for up to six hours. Dialysis, medicines and transport charges are separate. If the planned visit may take longer, discuss it with our team before booking. Please enquire at least 24 hours in advance wherever possible.
Questions about dialysis visit assistance
Does the steward provide dialysis or nursing care?
No. Dialysis, monitoring, medicines and medical decisions remain with the centre’s clinical team. Our role is accompaniment and practical coordination.
Can I arrange assistance for recurring sessions?
You can share a recurring schedule. Our team will confirm availability and arrangements; the same steward cannot be guaranteed for every visit.
Is this dialysis financial assistance?
No. This is a paid accompaniment service. It does not fund dialysis treatment or provide insurance approval.
