Your Care Steward helps with registration and forms, coordinates payments and keeps track of your turn.
Instructions given during the visit are documented. Treatment, preparation advice and clinical decisions remain with your healthcare team.
Care Stewards are background-verified and every case is overseen by a supervisor. We provide non-clinical support, without medical advice, report interpretation or nursing care.
A companion through the diagnostic visit
A scan or test appointment can involve registration, forms, payment and finding the right department. Our Care Steward accompanies you through these steps, helps keep track of your turn and records instructions shared by the centre.
Before you arrive
Share the centre, booked test, appointment time and any instructions already supplied by the healthcare team. Questions about preparation, medicines or suitability for a test must be answered by the doctor or diagnostic centre. We do not provide test preparation advice or interpret results.
At the centre and afterwards
We help with registration, forms and payment coordination, and document instructions given during the visit for you and your approved family contacts. Access to examination areas is governed by the centre’s rules.
Assistance charges
Assistance costs ₹599 per visit for up to six hours. Tests, scans and transport charges are separate. Share your appointment details so our team can confirm the arrangements.

No. The diagnostic centre performs the test or scan. Redwood provides non-clinical accompaniment and coordination.
Can I book help for an MRI or CT appointment?
Yes. Share the centre and appointment details so we can check availability. The centre’s staff handle screening, preparation instructions and the scan itself.
