Before your doctor appointment
If you need someone to accompany you or a parent to a consultation, share the clinic or hospital, appointment time and the questions you want to discuss. We help organise those questions before the visit so important concerns are easier to remember.
At the clinic or hospital
Your Care Steward helps with registration, hospital counters and keeping track of your turn. During the consultation, where permitted, we note the advice the doctor shares about food, exercise and precautions. The doctor remains responsible for all medical decisions.
After the consultation
We share a written summary the same day with you and the family contacts you approve. This helps relatives follow what was discussed even when they could not attend. We document the clinician’s instructions without interpreting or changing them.
What to share when enquiring
Tell us the hospital or clinic, appointment date and time, who needs accompaniment and an authorised family contact. OPD assistance costs ₹599 for a visit of up to six hours. Hospital, consultation and transport charges are separate. Our team confirms the meeting arrangements and availability before booking.

Does Redwood provide the doctor consultation?
No. We accompany you to your chosen doctor or clinic. The consultation and medical advice are provided by that healthcare professional.
Can you accompany my parent while I am at work?
Yes, subject to availability. Share the appointment details and the contacts approved to receive the same-day summary.
Is transport included?
Transport charges are separate from the assistance fee. Discuss the meeting point and travel arrangements with our team before confirming the booking.
