Help at the hospital

We assist with registration, forms and payment coordination, help keep track of your turn and document instructions from hospital staff. Your approved family contacts can stay informed about the visit. Entry to treatment areas depends on the hospital’s rules.

Prepare the arrangements

Share the hospital, appointment date and expected duration, meeting point and authorised family contact. Any preparation or treatment questions should be directed to the treating team. Tell us about the help required so we can confirm that non-clinical accompaniment is suitable.

Pricing and longer appointments

Assistance costs ₹599 for a visit of up to six hours. Hospital treatment, medicines and transport are charged separately by their providers. If the appointment could extend beyond six hours, discuss the duration with our team before confirming. Each booking is subject to availability.

Does Redwood provide cancer treatment?

No. Chemotherapy, radiation, medicines and monitoring are delivered by the hospital’s clinical team. We provide accompaniment and administrative coordination only.

Can you accompany someone for several treatment visits?

Share the planned dates so we can check availability. We confirm arrangements before booking and cannot guarantee the same steward for every visit.

Can you record the instructions given at the appointment?

Yes. We document instructions shared by the healthcare team for the patient and approved family contacts. We do not interpret reports or offer medical advice.
