Prepare for your second opinion
What would you like
your doctor to review?
Bring the questions that matter to you. We help put them into a clear list for your chosen doctor.
- What do I want clarified about a transplant recommendation?
- What questions should I raise about the evaluation process?
- What concerns do I want to discuss about an existing follow-up plan?
From preparation to recommendations
How it works.
One organised case file. Your questions ready. Someone there to coordinate the visit.
You choose your doctor
Tell us the doctor you want to consult. The choice is entirely yours; we do not recommend, rank or select doctors for you.
We prepare your case with you
In a preparation session, we collect your detailed history, current concerns, reports, prescriptions and discharge summaries, and note your questions.
We coordinate the appointment
We arrange the appointment with your chosen doctor and confirm the consultation arrangements and separate hospital or doctor charges with you.
We take your case in person
A Redwood Care Steward physically visits the hospital with your organised documents and presents your case and questions to the doctor.
You join by video, if permitted
If the doctor allows, we connect you by video during the consultation so you can participate directly.
We share the recommendations
We share the doctor’s recommendations and documents provided, along with clearly identified Redwood notes from the consultation.
Before the appointment
Your records, organised.
Tell us which organ and doctor the enquiry concerns. We organise the assessment or follow-up records you already have and distinguish your current questions from earlier advice.
Share the records you already have. This checklist is for organising documents, not a request to get new tests.
Organ Transplantation records to gather
- Existing transplant assessment and specialist consultation records
- Available investigation results and imaging reports
- Previous transplant or hospital discharge summaries and current medicine list
- The name of your chosen doctor and your questions
After the consultation
The advice, brought
back to you.
We share the doctor’s recommendations, any documents provided by the doctor, and Redwood’s notes from the consultation. We identify the next steps and questions noted during the visit.
The medical opinion comes from your chosen doctor. Our role is to prepare, coordinate and document.

A few things to know
Your questions, answered.
Can I choose any doctor I want?
Yes. You decide which doctor you want to consult. Share their name with us and we coordinate taking your case to that doctor. Redwood does not influence your choice or select a doctor for you.
Does someone physically visit the hospital with my documents?
Yes. A Redwood Care Steward takes your organised case file to the hospital in person, raises your prepared questions and notes the recommendations shared by the doctor.
Can I join the consultation by video?
We can connect you by video during the consultation if the doctor allows. We discuss the consultation arrangements with you during preparation.
What does the ₹899 fee cover?
₹899 is Redwood’s assistance fee for preparing your case with you, coordinating the appointment, taking your documents to the consultation and sharing the recommendations. Hospital and doctor charges are additional.
When will you respond to my WhatsApp enquiry?
We respond within 12 hours of receiving your enquiry. This is our response time; the appointment date depends on the chosen doctor’s schedule.
Does Redwood arrange donors or transplant approval?
No. This service prepares and takes your case to your chosen doctor for a consultation. Donor arrangements, transplant eligibility and approvals are outside Redwood’s assistance service.
Does Redwood provide the medical opinion?
The medical opinion comes from the doctor you choose. Redwood provides non-clinical case preparation and coordination, and shares the advice recorded during the consultation.
