Yes. You choose the doctor and hospital. You can use the hospital’s official directory to read doctor profiles; Redwood does not recommend, rank or select doctors. Share your chosen doctor’s name and we coordinate the visit.

Yes. We prepare the case remotely with you or the patient’s authorised family contact. A Care Steward visits the chosen hospital with your records and questions, then shares the doctor’s recommendations and consultation documents.

Yes. Tell us who is authorised to receive your information. We share your case and consultation update only for the agreed coordination and with the contacts you approve.

Yes. A Redwood Care Steward takes your organised case file to the hospital in person, raises your prepared questions and notes the recommendations shared by the doctor.

We can connect you by video during the consultation if the doctor allows. We discuss the consultation arrangements with you during preparation.

₹899 is Redwood’s assistance fee for preparing your case with you, coordinating the appointment, taking your documents to the consultation and sharing the recommendations. Hospital and doctor charges are additional.

We respond within 12 hours of receiving your enquiry. This is our response time; the appointment date depends on the chosen doctor’s schedule.

The medical opinion comes from the doctor you choose. Redwood provides non-clinical case preparation and coordination, and shares the advice recorded during the consultation.
