We take your case in person
A Redwood Care Steward physically visits the hospital with your organised documents and presents your case and questions to the doctor.
You join by video, if permitted
If the doctor allows, we connect you by video during the consultation so you can participate directly.
We share the recommendations
We share the doctor’s recommendations and documents provided, along with clearly identified Redwood notes from the consultation.

Searching for the best dermatologist or skin specialist in Mumbai?
Choosing the doctor is your decision. Once you have made that choice, share their name and hospital or clinic with us. If you cannot go yourself, we can prepare your case and coordinate taking your existing records and questions to them. We discuss appointment arrangements with you during preparation.
Can you visit my chosen doctor in Borivali East or West, Mulund West, Bandra or Bandra West, Malad West, Vikhroli, Andheri or Andheri West, Jogeshwari East, Bhandup West?
Share your chosen doctor’s name, the exact hospital or clinic address and any appointment details you already have. During preparation, we confirm the visit location, timing and charges with you. This helps us take the right case file and questions to the right appointment.
I have already selected a dermatologist from a top-doctor list. Can you help?
Once you have selected a dermatologist, send us their name and consultation location. We help prepare and take your case to that doctor. Your choice stays yours, whether you found the doctor through personal advice, a published list or their public reputation.
Can I choose my own dermatologist (skin specialist) in Mumbai?
Yes. Once you have chosen your doctor, share their name and hospital or clinic. We confirm the visit arrangements and prepare your case. Redwood does not recommend, rank or select doctors.
Can I arrange a dermatology second opinion from outside Mumbai?
Yes. We prepare the case remotely with you or the patient’s authorised family contact. A Care Steward visits the chosen hospital with your records and questions, then shares the doctor’s recommendations and consultation documents.
What happens during case preparation?
We go through your existing records, the advice you have received and the questions you want answered. We discuss the appointment arrangements and separate doctor or hospital charges, and agree who should receive the consultation update.
Does someone physically visit the hospital with my documents?
Yes. A Redwood Care Steward takes your organised case file to the hospital in person, raises your prepared questions and notes the recommendations shared by the doctor.
Can I join the consultation by video?
We can connect you by video during the consultation if the doctor allows. We discuss the consultation arrangements with you during preparation.
What does the ₹899 fee cover?
₹899 is Redwood’s assistance fee for preparing your case with you, coordinating the appointment, taking your documents to the consultation and sharing the recommendations. Hospital and doctor charges are additional.
When will you respond to my WhatsApp enquiry?
We respond within 12 hours of receiving your enquiry. This is our response time; the appointment date depends on the chosen doctor’s schedule.
Does Redwood provide the medical opinion?
The medical opinion comes from the doctor you choose. Redwood provides non-clinical case preparation and coordination, and shares the advice recorded during the consultation.
